When this brand was first launched people didn’t like this change in tradition. Surprised!! Yes it is true. Nobody wanted to buy this brand. In fact the brand ambassador for these shoes Michael Jordan too was reluctant to wear them at first. He was not very happy with Nike’s idea of launching something unconventional in color and style. Many of you may remember that in the 1980’s the only color for basketball shoes was white. Nike’s new launch was red and black in color. Two colors which were not considered great and good at that time. At that time the success of this shoe was being doubted, and everyone thought it was going to fail. In fact it was banned by the NBA. But Nike used this ban to its advantage and with all efforts made Air Jordan popular with all. I believe those who are reading this will agree with me that owning a Jordan is not only exciting but also a matter of pride. Jordan shoe has a class and style which sets it apart from other shoes of its genre. Even today a new Jordan gives the same excitement as its predecessors did. You feel the same ache to buy one, the same feel to own one. Collection of Jordan is every Jordan lover’s dream. I personally would love to have a collection of my own, all the Jordan under one shelf.
